We send out all orders by first class Royal Mail. We aim to have all rigs made and sent out within 24 – 48 hours of the order being received. This means that the expected delivery time is usually three to five days from the order being placed. Our orders are sent out in cardboard postage boxes and packaged with bubble wrap and air cushions where needed.

Cancelling Orders and Returns
If you wish to cancel an order please email us at email@example.com. If the order has not been sent out we will cancel the order and refund the money to your card (refunds may take 5 – 10 days to show on your bank statements).
Under distance selling regulations you have the right to return any products (which are unused and in a resalable condition) within fourteen days of receiving the goods. Simply email us using the email address above and we will arrange for the items to be returned to us. Once we have received the products the refund will be applied to the card which was used to make the purchase. Refunds may take 5 – 10 days to show on your bank statements

British Sea Fishing only uses the details you supply for the purpose of getting your orders to you. We do not sell or share your details with any third parties and do not send out marketing emails. We retain customer data for 180 days for the purposes of refunds, returns and dealing with enquiries about products. After this time all customer data is removed in accordance with GDPR regulations.
